Return and refund of fresh produce

Our Magic Truffles range is a fresh produce and therefore it has fairly short shelf time. For this reason our Refund Policy on these products is limited to 7 calendar days from the purchase date.

Products must be returned to us within this period in the original packaging and unopened.

We do not currently offer free returns, and return cost must be therefore paid by the customer.
