Shipping

All our orders are prepared and packed in a discreet packaging.

• We will ship your order once the payment has been received.

• Shipping is by courier or post.

• We ship several times a week and all orders will be shipped out no later than within 2 business days. 

• Most orders for products in stock will be delivered within 3-4 working days. 

• We do not currently offer Track and Trace, however, if you are unsure of the status of your order, please do get in touch.

• In a very unlikely case the item you received does not match the description on our website, please get in touch and we will arrange a replacement for free.
